Position Description:
Marketing Management position responsible for developing, executing and managing marketing activities relating to products manufactured and/or sold by my client. Define marketing strategies and communicate overall marketing effort in accordance with corporate goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:
· Support long and short term strategies for sustained growth by providing management team with current market data on relevant Markets
· Competitive Market Position by Region
· Economic and Trade Trends & Forecasts
· Industrial Development & Investment
· Legislative Trends Affecting the Fire Alarm Industry
· Political Stability
· Preparation and support of the long term promotional tactics and strategy to be used in the direction of advertising, trade shows and conferences.
· Ongoing collection of Voice of the Customer (VOC) data from distribution, influencers and end-users for the purpose of product direction and promotional strategies.
· Periodically conduct channel analysis to make recommendations to the Management Team on ways to improve the end-to-end
· Value Add Position in order to maximize market share and profitability.
· Develop presentations and programs in support of short and long term business development.
· Research, develop and document marketing justification for strategic product development goals to allow Product Management incorporation into new product specifications and upgrade requirements.
· Develop and recommend specific sales and marketing objectives, forecasts and pricing strategies for products manufactured and/or sold
· Ongoing analysis of product sales and margin trends.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Direct activities of Product Managers.
· Supervision received as required by Vice President of Marketing,

Qualification
· 8-10 years experience of technical marketing experience.
· 5 years people leadership and experience managing a team of direct reports
· Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
· Commitment to travel 35% of time to develop and drive marketing programs
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Must have working knowledge and experience with personal computer, hardware and Microsoft software applications.
